It contains:

-A 75cl bottle of Rivesaltes Ambré: An iconic naturally sweet wine from Roussillon, Rivesaltes Ambré is perfect as an aperitif or with dessert. A sweet wine with toasted notes of dried fruit and caramel, with a rancio finish. Best served at 15°C.

Aged oxidatively in oak barrels for 20 years.

-A jar of Lucques table olives harvested and prepared in Laroque des Albères. On the palate, the Lucques olive is mild and slightly salty.

Its flesh is delicate, firm, and pulpy.

200g net jar of drained green Lucques olives.

-A jar of celery and wild garlic cream soup: A delicate spread for a gourmet and refined aperitif.

Ingredients: celeriac (79%), basil and garlic olive oil (10%), shallot, wild garlic (5%), lemon juice, and salt.

-A Cerdan pâté with porcini mushrooms: handcrafted in Cerdagne by Maison Pouget, artisan butchers and charcutiers passed down from father to son for over 50 years (Bourg-Madame/Err). Ingredients: Lean and fatty pork 65%, pork liver 20%, dehydrated porcini mushrooms 10%, eggs, garlic, parsley, onions, salt, pepper.
